Foreword

Higher-Dimensional Wisdom, Vol. I, has been available for some time. Now, following instructions from leaders in the higher-dimensional departments concerned, I continue to convey the content of Vol. II.

When Vol. I was conveyed, our own level of understanding and grasp of cosmic truth was still quite basic. The related departments in higher space, weighing what Earth people could take in, passed on a series of cosmic fundamentals suited to us. The material was not extremely deep; yet because Earth people had long been in the dark about cosmic truth, our relatives in higher space had to begin from the most elementary level. That way of nurturing us was meant to give us a solid footing so we could go on to absorb what would come later.

Arrangements for each stage are decided by the relevant departments in higher space—not something I personally can set, since I neither have the capacity nor the authority.

Vol. I of Higher-Dimensional Wisdom was conveyed through us at ZWZ, as groundwork for the whole Higher-Dimensional Wisdom body of teaching. Vol. II is conveyed personally by the highest leader of YHLBZS in the Milky Way to which we belong. Standing higher and farther out, he imparts knowledge that surpasses Vol. I in both scope and depth. For someone at that level to teach cosmic knowledge to Earth directly is meant to widen our view and enlarge our frame of reference as we come to know the universe, and to help Earth people raise their level of life and wisdom so we are better able to build our world well. May Earth’s relatives receive this high teaching and let it guide us.

Vol. II has four parts and twelve sections; each points a direction for Earth people. For YHLBZS’s highest leader to convey cosmic knowledge to Earth at such a level is both special support for our small-universe family and special care for Earth people. As Earth people and as righteous lives, we should be grateful and know how precious this knowledge is; we should study seriously, take it to heart, and use this high teaching to build Earth into a home where relatives can live in happiness and peace, and endure safely in the universe.

In conveying this high cosmic knowledge and truth, I am only a mouthpiece. My ability is limited; the wording may be rough or incomplete in places—please bear with me.

Part I: The value system of life

§1 Knowing life

The highest leader of YHLBZS named Part I of Vol. II “the value system of life,” and made the first section “knowing life,” in order to lift Earth people’s starting point of understanding higher.

Lives in the universe exist for spans so long they cannot be measured in Earth years. Because we dwell in a low dimension, we do not know how time is reckoned in higher space. We must not use Earth’s clock to estimate how long a life has existed in the universe—Earth’s idea of time cannot explain cosmic truth. If we insist on Earth time as the standard, we only bind ourselves tighter, stay trapped in low-dimensional habit, and misunderstand the universe more. From now on we must seek cosmic mysteries from a higher standpoint; otherwise we drift ever farther from the truth.

I have already said that whatever grows naturally in nature may be called “life”; equivalently, whatever can perceive is life. That is the basic definition. The universe holds lives of countless kinds and levels; humanity is only one species, and among humans there are further kinds and levels. How many kinds of life exist beyond humanity is not something we can map with our present means.

Life falls into moving and still—what we usually call animals and plants. There are also forms Earth people do not yet know or cannot recognize. We know little of life beyond Earth, but we have some grasp of these yang-material-form lives on Earth. Animals exist in many species and breeds; each has its traits, and its survival and its contribution to the universe differ. The same holds for plants: they take little from the world yet give much and play a large role—only we often know too little about many plants and overlook their worth.

Even our knowledge of yang-material-form life is limited to Earth. The universe shows life in many other forms. Because our vehicles and abilities are limited, our picture of species is poor. Apart from some yang-material visitors to Earth, we know almost nothing of life elsewhere—especially yin-material-form life, which is wholly unfamiliar. The limits of our vehicles mean we cannot observe yin-material-form life or study it; that is why we box in our thinking, doubt that other life exists beyond Earth, and doubt that there are lives of greater power and wisdom.

Whether Earth people can see them or not, any world that life has built will hold many kinds of life, shaped and looking different from one another. Whether the universe classes a life as high-wisdom or ordinary, its form will generally differ from Earth’s species—so I cannot describe them in much more detail for you.

Many kinds of life on Earth we have not even met; what lies beyond Earth is harder still to put into words. Lives differ in energy level, size, and power. I know only that many lives in the universe stand above Earth life in advancement; their power and wisdom exceed ours. In any space whose dimension is higher than Earth’s, the same kind of life is stronger than its Earth counterpart; the higher the dimension, the stronger the life. Roughly: however many dimensions a world is above Earth, its comparable lives are that many levels above Earth’s—by that rule of thumb you can picture the rest.

I tell you this plainly so you will not cage your minds. Humanity is classed as a high-wisdom species, but we on Earth have not yet reached that height. The departments in higher space know how little cosmic truth we see and how low our understanding still is; that is why they help us—so each person, through this teaching, can know the universe more truly, raise level and horizon, and change fate.

§2 The meaning of life

In the last section I conveyed “Knowing life”; now I continue with “The meaning of life,” so you can understand life more deeply. The universe holds many kinds of lives at many levels and powers—not all of which I can describe here.

Humanity is one kind of life. We can use ourselves as the example and clarify what it means for humans to exist in the universe. That matters more than fixating on other species. If we do not even know our own place in the universe, studying other lives has little point.

Humanity is classed as a high-wisdom species and is given matching ability, because humans can build worlds and create civilization—that is, great creative power. Today Earth people, hemmed in by environment and vehicle, know little beyond Earth and so confine their thinking; that confinement blocks wisdom and leaves most people unaware why they exist in the universe at all.

Humanity is a species of love. The information of love that humans emit raises the frequency of the cosmic energy field and helps the universe evolve upward. Humanity also has the power to build worlds; in doing so it gains experience, and that experience in turn raises its own life-power. Through such training we transcend ourselves and create greater worth in the universe. That is what human existence means here. A life that has no worth in the universe has no real reason to be. Some of you may find that hard to hear, because in Earth’s low-frequency setting many people never had a chance to learn how to show their worth—not always through personal fault, but because the setting never gave them the truth.

Now our relatives in higher space are giving us high teaching and many truths in order to change Earth’s low-frequency field, widen our horizon, raise our level, and let higher instruction shape us into lives of worth that truly belong in the universe.

I have already said that humanity has two great powers: to emit the information of love, and to create. The creators set up the human species this way; that is why it is called high-wisdom. Since we have these powers, we should use them and become genuinely high-wisdom lives—not, as now, let most people sink to low frequency without knowing why they live.

For a high-wisdom species not to know why it lives—is that not tragic? Earth people need honest self-reflection: spend time learning this world and seeing the worth and meaning of life in the universe! Humanity is a species of love, forged by the creators with loving information and energy. Our lives are now clogged with negative information and energy from cycling in low-frequency fields in the universe—that pollution has driven our level to the bottom. Our relatives in higher space tell us these truths so that, through study, each of us can return toward our original purity.

Humanity belongs to love; we should live for love. We must not flood the universe with negative information or wreck its energy field. If we degrade into such lives, we show only our ignorance. Precisely because we live in a low, negative field, relatives in higher space work to pull us out so we can survive in the universe with real worth.

Lives at each level were created by creators at that level to meet the upward needs of the great universe; each has its duty. Since life exists to serve cosmic development and carries duty, it is here to serve the whole universe—not private self, and not “mine” in a small sense. Worth appears only in giving without stint to the universe’s upward course; in that very process life also uplifts itself. Yet we Earth humans, though classed high-wisdom, have not done our duty; we have become objects of rescue—how sad! Our level and wisdom are not high to begin with; only humble study opens the door to more truth and lifts our horizon so we are not stuck in a low view of things.

Existing in the universe, life should live with worth—not only for oneself, nor only for what one likes. With high awakening we should live for the universe’s upward development: the great universe gives us the chance and the stage to show worth, and we should do our utmost to lessen disaster for the universe and help it rise.

Only worlds of pure positive energy are free of evil and truly harmonious; the standard is very high. Such a world needs everyone awakened, loving, responsible, free of ill will. Earth has not become such a world; it has slid into negativity. There are just people and lives of justice and positive energy, but far too few—so Earth’s field is chaotic and very low.

The departments in higher space gave me the mission to convey cosmic knowledge so I might wake every just relative on Earth to stand for peace and order, and help more of the justice family live in happiness. We are family; whoever has ability should carry this duty.

Even if Earth is negative today, I believe that as Higher-Dimensional Wisdom spreads, more relatives will learn and wake, change themselves, and draw others toward the right path.

Earth is a world of our small-universe family—a place to multiply and train. Still, do not lock yourself to Earth alone or plan only an Earth-bound future. If you can and will, raise your life’s energy frequency and ascend to higher dimensions to learn more truth; only then can we deeply see why we exist. Life in higher dimensions looks different; we must keep advancing to know more of meaning—and the more we know, the greater the worth we create.

§3 How life creates brilliance

To receive teaching from YHLBZS’s highest leader on this theme is a great fortune. I believe many relatives share my curiosity and hope: as lives we hardly knew how to create brilliance; with guidance from higher space, Earth people can cherish existence more and learn how to build their own brilliance.

In the universe, any life that reaches a certain level should wish to create brilliance. Some very low lives were not given that capacity when created. Humanity, as a high-wisdom species, does have it. Because we did not know how great a role humans can play in the universe, we neglected our lives, took them lightly, or chose decline—how lamentable that high-wisdom lives have fallen so far! Even talented, sharp relatives, without cosmic truth, cannot rise to the level they could reach.

In §2 I said humanity can emit love and can build worlds and civilization: the higher the frequency and power, the more brilliance a life can create—and the more it is worth.

We who live in low dimensions should strive toward higher dimensions and create brilliance in the universe.

Brilliance comes through our own effort: keep raising every kind of ability to help more people, keep emitting positive information, and serve the universe’s ascent—the more we serve that ascent, the more our lives are worth.

To create greater brilliance and live more worthily means unceasing giving and a steady supply of high-frequency positive information to the universe. The words are simple; the meaning is deep.

Without this truth we bind ourselves, fail to widen our horizon, and do not know why we live—so at every stage we hit emptiness and drift. Many have grown numb. Some cosmic teaching reached Earth before, but most was not truth; without truth, study only confuses. That is the bind of low-dimensional life. Because no one spoke the plain truth for so long, when truth appears most relatives still dare not believe.

Given this mission I must keep conveying more so that more relatives gradually see that this is fact and cosmic law. May what I pass on someday be accepted by all on Earth—that is my wish and the wish of everyone in higher space. We live low; they worry for us and want to raise our frequency and change our fate so we do not sink in confusion or stay low-frequency by choice.

Humanity is high-wisdom: it can challenge itself, give, sacrifice, break old limits, and keep rising. Those qualities are in Earth people; yet some prefer low frequency, a wasted life, or even being someone else’s puppet—they have gone numb and adapted.

How can high-wisdom humanity keep itself small in a negative field? Relatives in higher space grieve to see us live below what we are, and regret that we do not use our power! They are full of love and duty; they keep helping us with high frequency and high teaching. For years we have been guarded in lower space without knowing it—and sadly, most relatives do not believe what I say, or laugh it off.

I am limited and my voice is slight; many on Earth doubt me. Still I will follow the justice family’s spirit of selfless giving and spread this teaching freely, only to wake relatives and raise frequency so we can keep pace with the universe’s ascent. The universe rises while Earth falls—dangerous contrast. Knowing so much, I take real risk to convey it.

All I do is to help Earth relatives raise level, change fate, become high-wisdom workers for the universe, lives of real worth, and brilliance of their own.

Part II: Energy in the universe

§4 Understanding cosmic energy

“Understanding cosmic energy” will matter to every Earth person: energy in cosmic space is still new to most of us. Now YHLBZS’s highest leader points from a higher place so we can form a first idea of cosmic energy—only with understanding can we use it well.

Earth people know too little about the nature of energy sources, so use is unbalanced and Earth’s field is thrown off. That comes from not knowing cosmic law, from immature technology, and from lack of knowledge. Earth itself and the lives on it need balanced yin and yang energy to be basically safe; if yin-type and yang-type sources are not used in balance, the planet’s yin-yang energy skews—with serious results.

Earth’s energy is part of cosmic energy. Every physical or non-physical world in the universe, and cosmic space itself, holds energy. We in low dimensions cannot yet know, understand, or use most of it. Higher-dimensional lives have greater wisdom and power; they can know and use more—and the higher the dimension, the more efficiently and evenly they use cosmic energy.

In ordinary Earth terms, “energy” means resources that can be converted—oil, coal, gas, and the like. Energy helps us build worlds and live more easily. With better technology we can refine and purify further and get more from it.

Beyond what we have catalogued, cosmic space holds much matter-form energy we cannot see; we do not know it, so we do not use it. That too is energy, abundant in space—and energy in higher space is higher in frequency: think of it as higher purity; purer energy helps the universe more.

If all lives emitted high-frequency positive information, the universe’s frequency would keep rising; as it rises, energy grows purer, and purer energy is better in quality—better for the great universe. We lacked this picture because no one had told us.

Earth has begun to use “air energy.” That is one kind of energy in cosmic space; other kinds we cannot yet tap, so I cannot describe them. If Earth’s field rises and clears, the field grows purer; a purer field supplies higher-frequency cosmic energy for use. If Earth were not a chaotic negative field but a highly positive one, even the air energy we use would be better quality. As the planet’s frequency rises, breakthroughs in air-energy use will follow—higher-frequency cosmic energy helps us more. So we must see how important a world’s field frequency is: the higher the frequency, the easier development becomes, because higher frequency means stronger lives and stronger creativity.

When everyone in a world has high frequency and wisdom, that world advances quickly. That is why relatives in higher space keep saying: raising a world’s energy field changes fate—of the world and of every life in it. YHLBZS’s highest leader tells us this so Earth people will know how to change themselves and their field—only then can Earth’s fate change. Higher worlds develop well because their people share that awareness. When everyone’s awakening reaches a certain height, the world rises fast—that law does not change.

Earth is where it is because most people do not know cosmic or life truth, trust themselves too much, and dismiss higher-dimensional relatives. Rejecting what we do not know is Earth’s great flaw and tragedy. If we could change how we think, open our eyes, and study this teaching seriously, we could break old mental cages and stand higher to learn more truth—then Earth would have a chance. We already know almost nothing of the universe; if we refuse to study and change, there is no hope—we remain in low dimension and low frequency.

This is not alarmism: Earth truly sits in one of the lowest dimensional bands. There has been some development, but much of it is misdirected. Earth people have ability but lack high wisdom. If we used our native gifts with high wisdom, we could change this world. The creators gave humanity that capacity; we do not see it, so we refuse higher instruction.

Higher-Dimensional Wisdom will not harm Earth; it brings only benefit. It comes from wise relatives in the departments of higher space, and at each stage leaders at different levels show Earth the way.

All of it is tailored for Earth people. Anyone born of the justice family should study quietly and change themselves and their surroundings. May relatives in higher space help us raise the frequency of our living space, turn Earth into a high-frequency planet and a highly civilized world, and may all Earth relatives, through cosmic knowledge, raise ability and wisdom and become more valuable lives in the universe.

§5 Kinds of cosmic energy

Last section was “Understanding cosmic energy”; this section continues with subdivisions of cosmic energy.

Earth’s concepts and words for energy differ from higher space; I can only use familiar terms and do my best to describe. I hope you can read between the lines and take it to heart—that would be enough for me.

Cosmic energy means energy resources that lives in the universe can use. The universe is one vast energy field, rich in what lives need. The higher the wisdom and power in a world, the better it uses cosmic energy; low-dimensional lives see less, so their use is limited.

There are many energies, each with its worth and role—we must recognize them before we can go deeper and use them well. Without that framing, our use stays narrow.

On Earth we know coal, oil, gas, and other minerals, and can subdivide further. Air energy belongs to energy in cosmic space; we still lack concepts for much else in space, and I do not have words—Earth has no names yet.

Besides physical and non-physical worlds, cosmic space holds many matter-form energies; they too are cosmic energy. Hydrogen and nitrogen in the atmosphere, for example, are matter-form energies in space; more lies inside and outside the atmosphere, waiting to be found and used wisely.

Matter-form energy also divides into yin and yang. Yang high-wisdom lives on physical worlds find and use yang matter-form energy more easily; yin high-wisdom lives in yin worlds find and use yin matter-form energy, and higher yin lives can use more kinds of energy from space. Non-physical worlds are yin-material worlds: only yin matter-form energy exists there. Physical worlds have both yin and yang matter-form energy, but yang lives cannot see yin matter-form energy because of their vehicles—so it is hard to grasp. Keep learning and you will understand more; only then can you use energy fairly and keep the field balanced so we can live safely in the universe.

When the cosmic field is out of balance, disaster follows—on physical or non-physical worlds. Earth has quakes, mudslides, wind, snow, hail. Non-physical worlds fail for the same basic reason—the field is disturbed—though the outward form differs. Strong shocks can harm or destroy non-physical worlds too. Any world that breaks cosmic law meets disaster.

Vol. I already conveyed “How disasters arise.” Negative information from lives is one cause; imbalance in using cosmic energy—yin and yang out of balance—is another. If imbalance pairs with heavy negative energy, disasters worsen. Earth today is both imbalanced and very negative, so disasters are frequent. Improvement in any one area would reduce them; ideally yin and yang stay balanced and positive energy is high—then Earth is safer and more peaceful.

Today yin and yang on Earth are badly skewed, so relatives in higher space say Earth is in real danger—most people emit negative information daily and disturb the field, and without wisdom we do not balance energy use, so disasters grow worse.

They tell us this to lead us out. First we must change Earth’s field and raise its frequency. That requires each of us to grow kinder and more just, to care for others, help others, and serve the world so the environment improves; when love and positive energy fill the world, the field clears and frequency rises—then people grow calmer and wiser, and only with wisdom can we balance Earth’s energy and energy from cosmic space. Yet the world grows more restless; fewer people return to their true nature—another barrier to understanding.

I said in §4: the higher a field’s frequency, the more useful its energy. If Earth relatives took that to heart, each changed, and gave back to society and the world, Earth could enter a good cycle—that is the normal life of high-wisdom humanity.

Instead Earth is in an abnormal state, so relatives in higher space are urgent to help us change it by our own power. Only growing wisdom builds a better Earth and happier lives; wisdom needs high teaching. If you feel that duty, please study cosmic knowledge, learn truth, and give freely to realize your greatest worth.

Together let us change this low-frequency planet into a highly civilized world that benefits every generation.

§6 Using cosmic energy

Many relatives will care about this section: how we use cosmic energy is a central issue for Earth. Some energy is available now, but far from enough. Much more exists in cosmic space—we simply do not know it.

Earth has researched energy heavily, but almost always inside Earth’s fence. We cannot get past our limits to see from higher up—that is why departments in higher space help us. They want to support Earth in many ways and build it into a highly civilized world. We already have some ability; with this high teaching as guide, I believe that before long, working together, Earth can change greatly.

We belong to the universe and have a right to its energy. The lack is not rights but ability—that is our work. We must reflect and stop refusing new knowledge as before. Earth needs this teaching badly. It did not come earlier because no one here could receive it and our justice family’s technology had not reached the needed level. Now it has, so this knowledge can reach Earth—though most people still doubt, because nothing like this happened here before.

My ability is limited, but I can still pass on basic cosmic knowledge so Earth gets a first map of the universe. Together we can ask relatives in higher space for still higher help to change Earth and our fate—that is the direction we share.

How to use cosmic energy: at my level I can only sketch the line of thought. I have said that where Earth has no words or names, relatives in higher space cannot always name things for me either—I have to build on Earth’s existing ideas and analogy. If you grasp the principle, do not cling or chase what is beyond your reach; our job now is to use this knowledge to meet Earth’s present problems—that is what deserves focus.

Earth’s energy is part of cosmic energy; Earth belongs to the universe. We used to think we were separate from the whole, but we are not—Earth sits in cosmic space; our ground is tied to the whole universe.

“Earth energy” means every energy here. I can name some examples. Over-extracting one kind—say, oil—throws the field off balance. Technology has not yet broken through to other paths, so we lean on oil too hard—that is dangerous for Earth. Some have seen the risk, but profit or lack of substitutes keeps the pattern.

Mining any mineral harms nature. We live here; excessive extraction damages Earth’s original matter-form energy. We should not rely only on planetary energy; we should move toward cosmic space, where use is less constrained and less likely to endanger lives on Earth—if those lives keep emitting positive information, help base energy turn into matter and matter-form energy, improve quality, and balance use, the whole universe’s field is not harmed. Without knowing this truth, we stay confused about energy use.

Earth is beginning to explore energy from cosmic space. It is early, but with science, research, and guidance from higher leadership, we can learn to use that energy well and live better and safer.

I said in the last section: to draw on energy from cosmic space in a steady way, every life on Earth must emit positive information and lift the field’s frequency—then energy in the universe rises in frequency and quality and becomes more usable.

Many have studied “free energy” for a long time without real breakthrough—because Earth’s field frequency is too low. The path to using space energy well is to raise Earth’s field frequency.

Leaders of our justice family in higher space know this truth; that is why they stress raising Earth’s frequency—which means changing hearts so everyone emits positive information. Only positive information raises frequency. Negative information lowers it and stirs chaos; lives grow restless and unkind. That is a main reason Earth people grow cold and cruel: the field acts on us. Very low frequency strips love from some hearts; without love, people turn cold, care only for their hobbies, and ignore the world—too many live that way; it is dangerous.

Relatives in higher space are anxious for us; they want us to live well, happily, and with meaning in the universe—so they send this knowledge and ask us to cherish it.

No one on Earth with life has spoken these truths before; they come from leaders in higher space, not from my own power—I convey only with their help. This is a gift from our justice family to descendants in lower space, born of great love, help, and protection. Cherish it, change yourselves, and give to this world—we are in grave danger. Hold this awareness clearly: to save Earth is to save ourselves. Without the power to survive in the universe, existence has no worth or meaning.

Part III: Using cosmic resources well

§7 Understanding cosmic resources

The universe’s resources are vast: whatever lives can use counts as “cosmic resource.” The universe is a huge energy field; everything in the field can serve us if we have the power to use it. Earth people see only a thin slice—land, ocean, forests, minerals—what we can touch now. Even on Earth much lies beyond our reach because we do not understand it. We are reaching toward space, but often with Earth-bound thinking. Matter-form energy in cosmic space is resource; the high teaching of our justice family in higher space is also a fine, ready resource. As we learn more truth and as science grows, we can use more resources well—if we refuse to study and widen view, we will not even see what else exists, especially in cosmic space; our vehicles and tech also limit us.

We know something of minerals but not enough to use them well—lack of knowledge blocks balanced use. Today we draw almost entirely on Earth, not effectively on space—trouble for ourselves. Earth is our home; reckless extraction and clearing break the universe’s overall structure and skew yin and yang. All things and lives need balanced yin-yang energy to run and endure; imbalance brings disaster and can end life. Earth is out of balance now.

Poor understanding prevents fair, balanced use. I cannot list every resource on Earth; I hope this transmission stirs a strong sense of urgency about where we stand.

My ability is limited; I cannot catalogue every kind of resource. If the chance comes, ask relatives in higher space which uses help Earth without harming its field. For now I give a rough picture—an opening—because I had no training in this specialty; forgive inaccuracy.

We know far more about Earth than about cosmic space, and we use material resources on Earth far more than resources in space—so use is skewed toward the planet and strains Earth and every life here. Earth exists inside the universe; the great field holds it together as a sphere. A sphere that large needs many layers and kinds of matter and matter-form energy combined to stay stable. Mining one kind of mineral heavily undermines the whole—like tearing the planet’s structure apart.

A world forms from many materials and energies; it also needs what we might call “binder.” Oil is one such binder for Earth. If only sand and rock remained, the world would eventually come apart—think what that would mean for the lives living there! Our ignorance harms us and posterity; we must take this seriously.

Earth has rich minerals; some we do not know how to use, others we over-extract—both paths harm us. Do not trade the future for the present; be responsible to descendants, to the planet, and to the universe—that is the awakening high-wisdom humanity should have.

The great universe gives us existence and, through its field, supplies what we need—we should be grateful, cherish it, and care for all things. To care for all things is to care for the universe; we are not separate. The idea that individual acts do not touch the universe is wrong.

Every life’s negative information harms the field; the more negative emission, the greater the harm. Endless digging at physical worlds also brings disaster—we are breaking cosmic infrastructure—only we do not stand high enough to see it.

Now that relatives in higher space have told us, we should change and drop wrong thought and action. We can reach toward cosmic space: there lie rich resources, including energy. If Earth people awaken and emit positive information, the field’s frequency rises—that helps us use resources in space under better conditions.

Today we are held back in using space resources mainly by field frequency and by knowledge and ability. If those improve, Earth’s fate can change and we can live more safely in the universe.

The universe gave us existence; we owe it care—not arrogance or selfishness, which in the end hurt ourselves. No individual survives alone in space; we all need love and should give love, duty, and service to others, this world, and the great universe.

Without that height, level is low—low-frequency life has little worth in the universe, and little worth means little meaning. Humanity is high-wisdom: use your power to beautify the world and show your worth; let the world be proud that selfless, loving people live here.

§8 Sorting kinds of resources

What YHLBZS’s highest leader conveys here is very high; my grasp of how to sort cosmic resources is weak—I know little of “resources” as a field. The departments gave me the task; I relay what I can. More specialized knowledge I cannot carry yet.

Roughly: by inside vs outside worlds, resources split into those on worlds and those in cosmic space—or simply yin and yang. Space resources read as yin; physical-world resources as yang. That pairing helps sorting.

We must use resources fairly: leaning on one kind brings disaster to our home. Space holds many resources, also yin and yang—energy-type resources include yang and yin matter-form energy; material-type include yang and yin materials. On physical worlds, matter is “yang” in a broad sense and still subdivides: for example coal and uranium are yang-leaning among yang material resources; iron ore and water are yin-leaning among yang material resources. My knowledge here is thin; I can only give examples. Beyond these, the justice family’s knowledge and technology are also shared resources—like what we study now, which comes from higher space.

Professionals on Earth can take these hints and classify more finely. In using materials, once you see the pattern, you can balance and avoid using only one kind so yin-yang on Earth does not skew into disaster. Do not fix only on energy and matter—knowledge, technology, and information count too; we belong to the justice family of the great universe, and much there can be shared if Earth breaks old mental limits and raises the ability to use cosmic resources.

Earth already has some ability to reach into space; prefer space resources over digging only planetary matter. We need this physical world to carry us—to train, raise wisdom, and serve more—so humanity should try space resources and knowledge shared between worlds.

I have said that matter’s frequency in the universe can rise with high-frequency information from lives. Cosmic space already holds much matter and energy, yin and yang; the higher their frequency, the more valuable they are as resources.

We cannot yet know space matter and energy well, but we should see this: matter and energy fulfill their role best when met with high-frequency positive information. If low-frequency information dominates, matter and energy cannot do much. High-frequency positive information from lives lifts the field and empowers everything in space—that is the subtle tie between life and matter-energy—so the universe needs life, and life needs the universe’s supply.

Without relatives in higher space, Earth would hardly see these truths. High-wisdom humanity once knew almost nothing of the universe—so we did not know why we lived, misused resources, and mis-developed Earth in many ways: lack of high teaching.

Careless mining scars Earth; forest loss can wound humanity fatally. Some have awakened, but most still chase short-term gain and damage the world they depend on.

If we who live here do not cherish and protect this ground, we head toward ruin. Daily negative emission from most people spreads through space, lowers frequency, and blocks the world’s ascent—so we must change. Danger is not only “when resources run out”: we face both a huge negative field and imbalanced use of cosmic resources. The field is the greater harm—it keeps lives chaotic and triggers disasters—but one-sided use of planetary matter also deepens the crisis. If Earth were torn apart by reckless extraction, where would lives go?

I tell you this so you see your situation clearly—only then will you change and care for your home. We did wrong from ignorance; now that leaders in higher space have spoken, we should correct course, not repeat the harm.

We are children of the justice family; justice is seeded in us, buried in the heart, though selfish desire and the negative field have buried it.

May this knowledge wake relatives of the justice family; may you change and share the duty to change Earth’s fate—billions of relatives and countless other species rest on this world. If we can protect Earth, we should. Selfish drift is not our family’s spirit and leads nowhere.

The problems on Earth concern me and concern relatives in higher space even more—most people here are of the justice family. For years they have tried to wake us to save ourselves and our home—great and meaningful work—yet many stay passive, living only for self or a small circle. Why not learn their selfless love and stand higher to serve the universe? Raise level and horizon, become workers the universe needs, and serve others and the cosmos—then life reaches its greatest worth.

§9 Using cosmic resources rightly

This theme stirs many of us. Earth has not used cosmic resources wisely; the planet is scarred. Selfishness and greed have filled the universe with negative information that disturbs the field and drags frequency down. Such a field blocks ascent to higher dimensions and colors emotion—each person’s mood is shaped by this negative field; many feel pressed or in pain. I have said this often: see how huge the harm is—hard to imagine.

Cosmic resources include Earth’s; Earth is part of the universe. “Cosmic resource” names everything usable in the cosmos. Different worlds use different words; relatives in higher space use Earth’s familiar terms so we can follow.

Last section: resources split into those in cosmic space and those native to worlds. Higher worlds use space resources more and avoid breaking planetary stock—wiser, stronger lives use the universe more fairly.

Earth people partly know this; lacking ways to use space resources, and driven by gain, they keep consuming planetary matter—unbalanced use. Resources are abundant; we know too little—that is what must change.

To change fate, first change the heart. When everyone on Earth has love and emits positive information for the universe, the quality of all energy and matter improves—higher frequency means better quality and greater usefulness, like a well-made product that lasts and proves its worth.

If the field’s frequency is low, energy and matter are poor in quality. Only higher-frequency energy and matter serve us well—including matter on Earth. If Earth became a high-frequency field, its native materials would also rise in frequency, quality, and durability. Simple truth: high-frequency fields do enormous good for the universe.

To change a low-frequency field, change each heart. Humanity leads other species—only when human hearts turn just and kind and positive lives multiply can other species emit positive information and lift Earth’s frequency.

If Earth people owned this awareness and changed, the environment we depend on would improve—and we would gain most, because we need this physical world to train and perfect ourselves. A higher field also lets us enjoy higher-quality cosmic resources. The more we give the universe, the more it returns. High-wisdom lives who lead other species must not stay numb or fallen—we must rise, tap our potential, and raise our level.

Do not stay small, depressed, or idle—that is not the life of a leader-species. We are high-wisdom and high-ability: change with intention, break narrow thinking, and live with ideals to lift level—that is the life worthy of humanity.

Part IV: Earth people’s awakening

§10 Earth’s view of the universe

Earth’s picture of the universe is still hazy: we live in a small pocket and have not seen the universe clearly. Some can ride spacecraft, but the range is tiny. The universe is vast nature—far beyond imagination.

Different levels of life see differently; even the highest lives have limits—only the stronger and higher see more broadly and know more truth.

As high-wisdom humanity we must not cage ourselves: widen the frame, raise frequency, aim toward higher dimensions—only then can we know more cosmic truth.

“Universe” is a very wide idea. We use the word for the whole of nature—Earth’s wording; other worlds use other names. Our small-universe relatives once spoke of more than ninety galaxies—that was what they knew. Even they cannot see all higher levels; they pass what they know. YHLBZS’s highest leader now says the universe holds far more than ninety-plus galaxies; those galaxies fall under one higher administration, and above that are still higher departments. How many levels and how many galaxies they oversee—we do not yet know. Understanding the universe has no ceiling.

The stronger the life in higher space, the more truth it sees—so only by raising our power and level can we know more. We must change ourselves and Earth’s field so we can live safely in the universe and lay groundwork for exploring further.

We still suffer; we cannot escape by clinging only to cosmic knowledge—knowledge is endless. As long as we live in the universe we can keep learning; the urgent task is Earth’s problems. We cannot ignore our world and chase mysteries we are not ready for.

The universe touches each person’s fate, yet what is too deep for low dimensions cannot be grasped now. If we neglect Earth’s troubles and only seek mysteries, we face the wrong way. Without protecting Earth and our lives, more cosmic trivia helps little.

At my level I can only pass basics—enough to help you grow a little wiser and face Earth’s issues. In this heavy negative field my own frequency is limited; I do this only with constant high-frequency help from relatives in higher space—I wish I could do more, but if Earth’s field does not change, greater wishes stay dreams. Only when the great field rises can I receive higher teaching—so Earth people must work together to know the universe more.

Earth people have ability; some are very wise—they came from higher dimensions to train here. They do not yet know who they are or where they came from, so they limit themselves. YHLBZS’s highest leader asked me to speak this so those relatives may wake, return to their true nature, and serve more on Earth—their power, once awakened, can help more relatives and change Earth’s fate.

Do not think this life is your only life; do not stay locked on Earth—humanity’s living space in the universe is far larger than we imagine. Through effort we can transcend ourselves, become higher-frequency lives, enter higher-dimensional worlds, and realize greater worth.

If those who came from higher space to train here all awakened as high-wisdom workers, Earth and our small universe would change greatly—we lack talent; many came to Earth to train for the family, but without truth they feel lost.

Anyone who would return to a higher world must correct self through effort, become fully positive, and serve this world continuously—only then does frequency rise enough to return. Few knew this before, so few ascended high. Now YHLBZS’s highest leader tells Earth so we may awaken more fully and rise higher for the family’s ascent.

§11 Capabilities and wisdom we should have

This matters deeply for Earth people—we often do not know what power or wisdom we have. YHLBZS’s highest leader tells us so we can see; old limits made us settle and leave talent unused, so life-power never fully showed. Some relatives kept striving, but without high teaching breakthroughs stayed small.

We know humanity has perception, cognition, and thought—but there is more. Intuition, for example, goes beyond those three: the higher a person’s frequency, the sharper and truer intuition becomes; restless hearts blur judgment—only a calm heart lets these gifts show.

Why do relatives in higher space ask for inner quiet? Without quiet there is no stability; without stability, little wisdom. The more stable, the wiser—simple, yet rare. Those of deep practice are stable because they are quiet. With wisdom we handle things well and show power; wisdom lifts power. Power without wisdom wastes effort—power shows outward height; wisdom shows the integrated height of a matured life. Power and wisdom together let a life serve the universe more and realize greater worth.

In this section YHLBZS’s highest leader names the capabilities and wisdom Earth people should have, and asks both to grow—not one without the other, or we cannot become true high-end talent. Without this map we easily walk the wrong path.

Earth has many able people in many fields; Earth’s variety of training draws high-wisdom lives from higher space to train here.

Earth is a large training ground; its programs are more varied than on many other physical worlds—wide room for many trades and paths—while some worlds offer only a few kinds of training. That is why relatives choose Earth: though negative, opportunity is great. Physical worlds are the base of a family’s growth—reproduction and basic training need them—so those who feel their base is weak often choose physical worlds to build. That is a main reason world-builders keep creating yang worlds in the universe.

Yang worlds can multiply descendants and nurture other species, so departments in higher space plan and manage with long experience and lead all created lives upward. The higher the leader, the wider the view—greater power and wisdom in managers means greater duty for the universe.

Every species of love gives freely, helps the weak, and shows noble quality fully. Earth people have that quality—there are just and kind people—though in low dimensions it shows less clearly. Responsibility on Earth is not yet at the level of high relatives in space, but the seed is there: we are a species of love, descendants of wise ancestors in higher space.

Many relatives training here came from higher space—they carry abilities and wisdom ordinary Earth people do not, because they were already high-wisdom lives there.

YHLBZS’s highest leader asked me to tell Earth so those relatives wake: the truth gives direction and a base for rising. He wants them to study cosmic knowledge, change themselves and the world, raise frequency, move toward higher dimensions, and serve the justice cosmos and the universe’s ascent.

① World-builders: The universe has world-builders at different levels; each works at the level their power allows. Higher world-builders also create to some extent. Departments divide labor clearly between building worlds and creating all things (including life)—that is the difference between “world-builders” and “creators.”

§12 What awakening brings

YHLBZS’s highest leader conveys this high teaching and truth so Earth people may wake—that is his core aim—so he keeps giving higher-dimensional knowledge and leading us toward higher space. May that be his hope and every Earth relative’s pursuit. Do not stay caged in low survival space; study quietly, change, and take to heart the truth of life and the universe.

What we live for must be clear—if not, that is tragedy for a high-wisdom species. We are born with great capacity and noble quality; life can stand higher. Using those gifts fully, we live with quality and worth and serve more.

The last section is titled “What awakening brings” so we can picture what Earth looks like when people wake—things we may never have thought through, yet he in higher space plans for us. His wisdom exceeds ours; he can lead us upward. From this series of teachings alone we should form a clear mind. As Earth people and children of the justice family, stay humble: learn from wise relatives in higher space—their selfless giving, their strong sense of duty; for the family’s good and the universe’s ascent, give all you can.

Every person’s information touches the universe: high-frequency positive information helps it rise; negative information blocks it. Every life in the universe owes the universe a duty; high-wisdom humanity especially should choose the right path—serve ascent, not flood negativity, become wreckers, or live without worth.

Leaders in higher space give cosmic knowledge and truth so we may grow a large view and be led higher—humanity already has the seed. They have done their part; we must study this high teaching, change, and spread it everywhere until all wake. Only wide justice-family education can counter evil’s lies—that is the strongest weapon against evil.

Changing Earth needs capable relatives to rise and lead everyone—leaders in higher space wait for that day. Activating me was only step one; they especially hope to wake high-ability relatives who came from higher space to train—those who can change the world, resist evil, and return Earth to a positive track, a world of joy and harmony, a pure land on Earth.

Yet most people still sleep: they do not know life or cosmic truth or what happens in the universe—ignorant and unwilling to seek. Earth’s negativity ties closely to that level of awareness. Without raising horizon and view, changing the world is hard. Because Earth wisdom is limited, leaders in higher space convey this teaching themselves—to lift us out of a low, cramped view and open to instruction from the justice cosmos. They mean only to help; they have never harmed Earth—only to wake relatives to duty and giving, because only then does frequency rise and only then can relatives push toward higher space—that law does not change.

Without enough high-frequency energy, life cannot advance in dimension. The universe is a vast field with different frequencies in different regions. Earth is in a very low band. To break out, become selfless, fully positive, serve others and the world, and accumulate high-frequency positive energy—only such lives break the low-frequency cage and move toward higher worlds, where all lives have very high frequency. If you cannot match that field, you cannot live there. Why do we stay on Earth, cycle low, and rarely ascend? A core reason is selfishness still in the heart.

For any life in the universe, raising energy frequency is decisive—frequency sets level. High frequency, high level; low frequency, low level. Earth people sit very low today. Leaders in higher space teach patiently so we may become high-energy, high-frequency, high-wisdom lives and move toward higher worlds—do not stay bound, cycling low in small dimension without greater worth.

I believe any relative with a little wisdom can see the point of what I convey. Leaders use plain language for systematic teaching—why? To wake Earth, lift us, and make us high-wisdom lives. We have fallen to low frequency; whether we came from higher space to train or have cycled long on Earth, our level is not high—we are held by a huge negative field, and some are controlled by evil and cannot break free.

If Earth could wake and ascend on its own, relatives in higher space would not spend such effort to help. We do not have that ability—even partial awakening is far below the mark of high-wisdom life or true talent.

Now leaders have pointed the way and told us many truths so we begin to know the universe. In helping us they widen our horizon and raise our level—only then can Earth people become high-wisdom lives and real talent able to serve this world and the great universe.

If Earth achieved universal awakening, Earth would become a high-dimensional world—a world many would call paradise.
